Hello Springwood Families,
Our Winter/Spring Hot Lunch Session is now open!
Hot lunch is every other THURSDAY ! Order cutoff is one week prior, payments must be received by that cutoff date/time. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled at cutoff time.
We are in need of hot lunch SPONSORS for this Fall session. If you would like to anonymously sponsor a student who would not otherwise be able to receive hot lunch, please respond to this email and we will get you signed up!
If ordering for the whole session at once, you MUST pay for all orders before the first payment cutoff or the unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled and dropped from the system.
How to order: If you have already registered with Munchalunch, please visit www.munchalunch.com to place your student's Hot lunch Order. You will need to update your students grade and division. If you have not registered please visit: https://munchalunch.com/schools/springwood/ to set up your account and order.
If you are unable to pay online with credit card (preferred), your payment must be labeled with your students name and order number and placed in the PAC box outside the office by the cutoff date at 3PM.
If your child is absent on a day that you have ordered Hot Lunch for them, you must let the office know by 10:30 AM if you would like to pick up the lunch. You must then pick the lunch up between 12PM and 3PM from the office. If you have not called in, the lunch will be donated to another student. Lunch orders cannot be cancelled after the cutoff date.
